“While I appreciate that this is designed for longer-term stays, I must recommend that parents with children - esp. young ones) be kept on lower floors. Approaching 10pm, the banging and scraping on the floor above our room would not cease. I'd asked the desk clerks ONE FAVOR: "just a quiet night, please". However, they put us right beneath a noisy couple with a young child. About 10:30pm, I spent 15 minutes on the lobby phone (a dangerous place, after closure) awaiting an administrator to come……

“The property was great and the communication with property manager was right on time and very accommodating. It was a great stay with a pet and had a nice little doggie park on property, however, just like all dog parks, the pet owners do not pick up after their pets as they should. We were not able to use the pool, gym or other facilities, but they all looked very nice and maintained properly.
