The staff is nice, de breakfast was pretty good, the cookies and popcorn are complementary and was amazing, the pool is clean and warm. The gym is small but it is nice. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room and bathroom need update but it’s clean, spacious and the air conditioning was working great. We have ice and bottles water all day. So this hotel has really good. I will come back in the future

My senior mom showed up with my two children and immediately called me saying that she didnt feel safe being there with the kids and that she was going to go find somewhere else to stay. I told her that the hotel was non-refundable, and she said that that didn't matter because it wasn't worth the risk. I tried and tried to get a refund but no one would give one. So, my mom was out that money, but they found a nicer stay at Red Roof in Gainesville.

Although there was nothing unique about the property, I liked how accommodating the staff was. The linens were clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the wi fi was easy to connect to. If there was anything I didn't like, it would be that there was some stains on one of the chairs in the room. The other would be that there was a wear spot on the carpet near one of the beds. Very minor, but you asked. LOL Nothing fancy but it served its purpose, would stay there again in the future.

They put me in a ground floor room. The smell was bad, probably mildewed ac. Later in evening I went to bathroom and it had been left with tissue in it and I couldn’t flush it. I had to go to front desk and get plunger. He did not extend any help at all. The breakfast was what I expected.

Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures, but the bedsheets and the beds were super super comfortable. The AC was cranking and it was nice and cold. The TV worked perfectly. And they served a good breakfast. We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel if we return back to Gainesville.

This is a really nice, clean, quiet hotel. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. And, in the afternoon, they have delicious free fresh cookies at the check-in desk.

Staff were friendly. Easy check in experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Air conditioning works excellent! Plenty of channels to watch on the tv. Plenty of usb and outlets next to the bed to charge phones, ect…. Only negative which really isn’t is the water pressure in the shower, but we have excellent water pressure in our shower at home that most places wouldn’t have.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance from shopping centers, restaurants and convenient stores when you walk in you receive a warm greeting quick and easy check-in plus they offer coffee all day popcorn cookies for the children. My hotel room was very clean. The air-conditioning worked very well I would recommend this location.

Great friendly staff. Owner needs to invest money and fix rooms properly. Ours had drywall mud plastered in the bathroom. No effort to get is sanded down, just painted over. Very shady work. Need to keep up with maintenance if you want to be competitive
