「The staff was very helpful when one of us got sick and had to extend our stay, thanks a lot. The hostel is clean and everything works well, I can recommend it if you need a place to stay in Ostrava.」

「Personnel d'accueil professionnel, souriant et aimable. Chambre simple, fonctionnelle et avec mini-réfrigérateur. Salle de bain neuve. Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). 「Super hotel najlepszy podczas pobytu na colours of ostrava. Pyszne śniadania. 」

「The room was excellent the location excellent the building excellent. There was no information in the room. I booked understanding it was a hotel but there were no hotel services, no towels changed no beds made up no room cleaned. Could have been perfect but missed the mark.」

「The Hotel is located in a wonderful environment on top of a forrest hill. The drive up through the woods on a narrow gravel road gives a serene impression and then when you come up to the hotel you see a wonderful building located i a large park overlooking the city. It was well suited a my family with small children and I would not hesitate to stay here again should I be coming to Ostrava again」
