“The room was nice, but very cold. The heat wouldn't raise. The tv also wouldn't work properly. Notified staff twice about that. ”

“The best stay with Walking distance to Little Caesar’s Arena, Latte Coffee machine included with breakfast purchase. Carlos was the most welcoming host at check-in and the best guest services agent. I lost my room key at the game, and Carlos was happy to change my parties door keys. ”

“My room was clean and the hot water, heating and cooling all worked really well, towels were fresh and bedding was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was well-equipped if a bit small (it would be crowded if more than 3 people were working out at the same time). Breakfast eggs were odd-tasting, but I appreciated that there were some options and hot coffee available. I also really enjoyed the champagne upon check-in, and the location of the hotel was convenient to the waterfront and……

“There’s inconsistency related to cleaning my room. One day the bed is made and other days it is not. There’s one day, my room was not clean at all. The fitness room is too busy. Did not have opportunity to workout because it was too busy. There’s coffee maker in my room. Would appreciate it if there’s bottle water for them. Securities everywhere which is good. ”

“This hotel doesn't have a functioning elevator and they wanted us to walk up 3 flights of stairs without help with our luggage so he just put us on the 1st floor, Our TV didn't work, my husband noticed the USB in the back was broken, when asked for one to fix it, they gave us a key to another room to rip theirs out of the TV to use for ours so now that room doesn't have a functioning TV, and being on the 1st floor they do their laundry and all you hear is banging from the dryer vibrating our……
