Welcome to The Talk House, a spacious and beautifully refreshed home at Beachwalk Resort! Newly updated in January 2025 under new ownership, this classic retreat now features fresh paint, new decking, smart TVs, and the addition of a convenient golf cart for your use. Formerly known as Vacation Station, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay, including wheelchair access and multiple wrap-around decks. For larger groups, consider renting The Talk House alongside the adjacent guest house, The Fireplace Inn, to accommodate up to 20 guests.

Make the most of the generous deck space for outdoor relaxation or family dinners prepared on the natural gas grill. The wrap-around decks provide ample seating and a welcoming space to soak up the resort's charm.

Situated in the heart of Beachwalk Resort, The Talk House is directly across from the swimming pool and splash pad and a short stroll to Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches.

Parking
The driveway accommodates up to 5 cars, with nearby overflow parking available for additional vehicles.

No smoking or vaping.
No parties.
No pets.
No fireworks.
Must be 25+ years old to reserve and stay.

Resort Amenities
Enjoy all the fantastic amenities Beachwalk Resort has to offer, including a heated 4-ft pool*, toddler pool, basketball and tennis courts*, bocce ball, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddleboarding and kayaking*, and catch-and-release fishing. Please note that wristbands ($15 each) and parking passes ($5 each) are required for all guests aged 4 and older from mid-May through September. Some amenities are only open seasonally.
