“The electricity had went out when I was there, was not informed that the property had only cold water before I had already drove 10 hours to get the news when I arrived and the area was full of drug addicts and homeless, would not recommend to anyone.”

“Orange juice at breakfast was warm. Fridge in room didn't work. Fingerprints on window glass and walls. Cable TV didn't work. They gave me another room which was better.”

“I used this hotel strictly for sleep. I never spent any downtime in the hotel. But I can say rooms were cleaned, nothing grossed me out, they vacuumed our rooms everyday and made sure everything was always tidy. We didn’t use any amenities because we had no time. So I couldn’t leave a review about anything else.”

“When we checked in, we found out the elevator was not working. The room we booked was on the 3rd floor. We were offered a different room with different number of beds. When we got into the room the carpet was filthy, burn marks on the bedding. Bathroom wasn't up to my cleanliness standards. The swimming pool was under maintenance we were not informed of that. We discovered it wasn't open when we went looking. I won't book a room there ever again. Super disappointed.”

“I like the modern design of this hotel. Rooms were clean. Flooring in our room did have stains and carpet as well but everything else was ok. Not pristine but good enough. Elevator is painstakingly slow from the mezzanine but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok. Area is nice and lots of places within walking distance.”

“The room door card is a magnetic card, which is difficult to operate, the air conditioning filter is very dirty, and there are many ants on the windowsill of the room.”

“The rooms were clean however we were unable to sleep due to all the noise in other rooms. It was to be non smoking hotel however people were smoking pot in room by us and our room filled with the smell as well as the hall way. I had a severe migraine headache due to this as well. Was not worth the money spent for sure.”

“The front desk wasnt helpful at all. The iron leaked. Asked for new set of towels that was never delivered. Bed was uncomfortable and could feel the springs. Was told turn down service was every 3 days.”
