"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was nice having someone outside the property keeping an eye on the front area and greeting us. We were frustrated that the rooftop bar was closed for renovation and we were not told. That is a key amenity of that hotel. The cleaning staff also did not leave us any hand soap after they cleaned our room. They also did not refresh our creamer."

"The customer service was top tier. The location was excellent. The food in the restaurant was affordable and delicious. There were two amenities that were missing. No microwave in the entire hotel and no vending machines. Also there was no room service to order from the resuraunt."

"It was good for us as we were only in the room to sleep. The king only room is quite small. The toilet could be updated with the taller height and quiet lid. The staff at the desk was not the most welcoming or helpful with questions. Great location and loved the grab and go breakfast."

"The location is unbeatable—it’s just half a block from Times Square. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning in the first room we were given didn’t work, but they moved us to another room where it worked perfectly. The hotel isn’t modern; it’s old-fashioned, but it’s very clean and has everything you need to sleep comfortably and without any problems."
