"LOVE staying at Arlo Midtown. Great location, and always clean. Super convenient bistro downstairs with snacks and caffeine. Comfy beds, great views. The room felt very musty and wet. Hot air would randomly come on and temp was never consistent."

"Great location by Tines Square and Broadway. Good places to eat and drink. Rooms are nice but small, real small. Bathroom has a sliding door that barely covers doorway so no privacy. Could hear everything on street despite being on 17th floor. Expected a little better for the money."

"Hotel was good. But for $1000 a night at a hotel in NYC mid September and having no hand soap in the bathroom is what threw me off. I’ve stayed at other hotels in NYC that was a fraction of this price and had these basic things. But overall, hotel service, location, staff, cleanliness was good. 4/5 hotel"
