「It was a lovely stay, just one night before a day at bike park wales. I was told to leave the bike in the hall way and it was fine there. Parking was tight with a bike rack on so i dropped it to get the car over as far as i could. The room was beautifully decorated, bed comfy, shower amazing and the whole place was quiet. 」

「My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. 「Nice clean large room. The fridge was a big bonus. Excellent shower which was much appreciated after a long day walking. We were led to believe from the hotel.com web site that there is Wifi only in public areas but in fact there was wifi all over the the guest house including the rooms. And it was super fast wifi. "旅館地點非常好，如果只住一日，個人建議可選擇此旅館。如果像我住了四日，還是選擇The Parkgate Hotel. 從第三日啟，個人都是自購咖啡、茶包、牛奶及盥洗用品等，因為都要向旅館櫃檯索取，十分不便利。但這算是另類的環保概念吧！"
