“Overall excellent stay, staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place that I can call home away from home”

“Rooms were okay. We asked for an iron but there was no ironing board”

“Too noisy, mould in bathroom, front door hinge loose, lack of cutlery and crockery”

“Always good to stay at Del Roza during my business trips to Middelburg, thanks again for being the hosts”

“great overnight stay nearby shopping centre easy to walk to.staff were great as was breakfast”

“Mycket stort och fint rum, bra badrum, trevlig personal och bra restaurang.”

“The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay so much that I would definitely return in the future. ”

“Room by the xar park”

“Felt secure, beautiful garden. Rooms were clean. Every one very friendly. Linen and towels very clean. Although I thought linen and towels needs to be refreshed. Little bit old. The bathroom/shower are spacious. Shower was clean except for some mold that needs to be scrubbed and the shower caddy needs a clean. A good quality bathroom mat would be nice and a small fan or extraction fan could help to keep floor less slippery. The microwave works great and was clean. I thought the cutlery needs……

“This is definitely a 3 star hotel. It was safe, clean but rooms are on the smaller end. The tap in our room didn’t work well and the rooms were a bit dark, but the breakfast was very good. The area is safe with the mall right there, which was great. I thought the price was far too high for the type of hotel however.”
