Bright apartment with sea-views

Apartment located on the 8th floor and equipped with 2 bedrooms (2 x with double bed).  There is a spacious, bright living room with adjoining cozy terrace with magnificent sea views, a fully equipped open kitchen. Both bedrooms open onto the sunny terrace with an open view. Finally, there is a storage room with washer/dryer combination, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. This residence is very well located, close to stores, public transport and within walking distance of the new Casino.  Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gepflegte Wohnung, Auto während Aufenthalt in zugehöriger Garage gut geparkt, alles zu Fuß oder per Küstenbahn erreichbar, Teleskop und gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, Geschäfte für täglichen Bedarf auch über Ostern geöffnet, alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen
