This ground-floor apartment is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday and comfortably accommodates the whole family. It features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. The living room also includes a sofa bed for two people, providing additional sleeping comfort. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with shower option and a toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious private garden with a large south-west-facing terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or enjoying the evening sun. A private garage box in the same building is also included, ensuring extra convenience during your stay. Located within walking distance of the seafront promenade and surrounded by greenery, this apartment is the perfect base to combine comfort, tranquillity, and a prime location for a seaside holiday. 讚好：整潔度
Wohnung war sauber. Terrasse ok, Wiese rund ums Haus.Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden, dafür eine Kaffeemaschine. Grill gab es auch keinen.Tiefgarage vorhanden. Opel Insignia passt problemlos rein.
