Modern flat near the sea

Corner apartment on the 2nd floor with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed, perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a seaside getaway together. The bright and spacious living room is filled with natural light and offers views of the hinterland as well as a side sea view. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable cooking. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms also includes a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays. This beautiful residence is just around the corner from the seafront promenade, above the delicatessen Rapallo, and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. A comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located apartment for a relaxing holiday by the sea! Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, hell und modern, was uns nur etwas gefehlt hat waren Kleiderhaken oder eine Garderobe und ein Wäscheständer um Badesachen zu trocknen.Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
