"This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! The hut was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable with high-quality linens and duvet/pillows. Kitchen very well-supplied with everything I needed (and more). "Very thoughtfully prepared cozy space. We enjoyed staying there with our two daughters. The o communication was excellent and check in and out very seamless. Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. We really enjoyed our stay. "

Make sure to make note of your check-in instructions (code to the lock box for the key) before you arrive as cell service is very spotty and no access to wifi until you enter the unit. Nice neighbourhood. 45 minute walk to bourton on the water. "

"We had a lovely stay at Lavender cottage, the location is ideal for Shenington Kart track. The pastries, milk, butter and orange juice were very much appreciated. The alpacas are cute and can be seen from the bedroom and garden, the hot tub was amazing!"
