This property is severely over priced for the quality of the current amenities; beds with sand in them, a musty smell, overgrown and dead gardens, full and stinky rubbish bins and overflowing drains. In addition to the poor and tired state of the property we also had an alarm system that was malfunctioning and beeped constantly for more than 36 hours before someone attended to the issue. For the price point, this was a real let down.
