The kitchen is well set up for group stays, with ample bench space and a breakfast bar for casual mornings, while the adjoining dining area invites long, unhurried meals.

Sliding glass doors open wide to the undercover, all-weather deck, creating a seamless connection between inside and out. Here, a full outdoor dining setting and BBQ make alfresco meals effortless, while the surrounding greenery adds a sense of privacy. As the sun goes down, light the firepit and enjoy its warmth as you dine or unwind on the deck under the soft glow of festoon lights. The garage includes a table tennis setup, perfect for casual games and keeping everyone entertained between beach trips.

Three well-sized bedrooms provide flexible accommodation. Two bedrooms feature king beds, offering spacious and comfortable retreats, while the third bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds. The home is serviced by a practical three-way bathroom, thoughtfully designed to separate the shower and bath from the vanity and toilet, making it easy for multiple guests to use the space at once without disruption. A separate laundry adds convenience for longer stays, while off-street parking and the quiet setting make arriving and settling in feel simple and stress-free.

When it’s time to explore, you’re only a 7-minute walk from the sandy shores of Middleton Beach, or head the same distance into town to discover local cafés, the bakery, and the pub. The home is also a popular choice for wedding guests, with the Middleton Beach Huts and Blues Restaurant just 30 seconds’ walk away.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
