Quaint country house nestled in the woods

1400 sq ft house. Located on the same property as ours. Central air, washer/dryer, spacious 350 sq ft deck. Front and back yard. Trail down by the stream takes you to a little pond. Fire pit with seating, gas grill and plenty of parking. Bedrooms are very comfy. Also have three couches. One which folds down to a futon.

Perfect, clean, spacious & charming!

We rented this house for our out-of-town family for a graduation. This home has so much space! Spacious bedrooms, two living rooms and was so clean. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and even family games, toys for when my kids went over to visit. The outside was well-maintained and a nice space to hang out. We will definitely be looking to rent again when we have family come in town. We even joked that we want to stay there ourselves, and we live right around the corner!

Just what we needed

We were looking for a house that was out of town but close to where we wanted to be. It was big enough for all 6 of us. We enjoyed the area. The owners were quick to respond to our needs. The house is well equipped and cozy.

NY visit to Legoland

Property was great - clean, and all supplies that we needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, and entertainment were there. The only thing to know (and not a complaint) is that the stairs and upstairs hallway are very creaky in some spots, so walking later at night when the kids were asleep was a concern.

Lovely cottage

We were there for my son’s wedding nearby. This cottage was so nice that we talked about coming back to enjoy some of the area at another time. Very comfortable stay!

Quaint and Peaceful

This was our 1st B&B experience and we were pleasantly surprised. The house was was clean and nicely decorated. My almost 4 year old kept saying, "this place is so adorable!" The property was very peaceful, too. We would sit by the fire at night and all we could hear was the waterfall and the frogs chirping. Would stay again!

Name is little, place is not.

Everything about this place afforded our family of 7 enough space to relax and spread out. From the yard with fire circle, the deck, the 2nd tv room, and the 2nd bath. Quiet country setting only 20 minutes from Legoland. The kitchen is nicely equipped, including kid safe dishware. The hosts were more than accommodating.
