First stay at a Sleep Inn. Hotel is very clean; staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect; breakfast had a good variety of items. The room was just what I needed..comfortable bed; microwave, small refrigerator and a walk in shower with plenty of channels on tv.

It was clean ,comfortable, breakfast was nice ,but theres a bunch of young girls from the ghetto working there,rude,unprofessional ,and impatient, cause they want play with each other,i was made to feel like i interrupted something, but all else o.k. i would come back again,but only as last resort

I was not happy with the last night of my stay. Didn’t sleep well due to loud people in the lobby until after 2:00 in the morning. And had to be up and out before 5:00 this morning. I thought that quiet time was from 10:00 at night.

Loved my stay
I was nervous about making a reservation in the Stewart airport/middletown area because so many hotel reviews talked about sketchy people, odors, stains, etc. but this was the total opposite. Hotel was new, beautiful and so clean! From the accommodating lobby staff, to the conditions and cleanliness of the lobby, halls, room, pool area, and breakfast area, I was very impressed. The sheets and towels were fresh and soft, room was quiet and peaceful, breakfast buffet had several options to choose from for both adults and children. Could not be happier with stay, and hope to stay again in future.

Front desk people were very nice. But there was a gang of young people partying and creating a mess in the hallway and outside in the parking lot. I didn't bother complaining, it was a one night stay, but other guests were complaining. I travel to this location annually and I'm not sure if I'll stay here next time.

Overall this a nice facility. Check in was good , friendly service and he even called a restaurant for me to see if was open on Christmas Day. The room was clean everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The only issue was there was someone smoking at night nearby and stench from that was very annoying. We had to open window and turn on ac to get some fresh air.

I'm giving this hotel five stars it's clean it's fairly priced the breakfast is great quite a bit of hot foods to choose from coffee and tea 24 hours. I didn't have much of an opportunity to interact with the staff but whenever I did they were very nice couple times I had a problem with my key getting in the door they fixed it right away the room is a decent size the bed is comfortable. Only suggestion I have they need to do something outside there's a sewer where you park your cars and there's an awful odor coming from that sewer you won't smell it in the hotel but you'll smell it while you're parking your car if you're on that side I hate to even mention it but you're supposed to be honest in these reviews.

I can't say enough great things about my recent stay at Sleep Inn and Suites in Middletown NY. I'm a local but needed to stay for 7 nights. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff, especially the front desk staff (Toyya Y, Jyrieka, Sparkle, Rachele) were rays of sunshine and super helpful and kind. The breakfast and coffee bar are amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat.
