“Most beautiful little home in the quiet country. Had all the amenities we needed and didn't need to bring. Iron, ironing board, essentials when traveling for a wedding. Super close to all our events and shopping. Owner was responsive and very friendly through text. Definitely will reserve again if and when we are back in Waxahachie!”

“About one hour before check-in, I was asked how many people would be staying at the home. I explained there would be four guests and that a few work colleagues might stop by for dinner one evening but would not be staying overnight. I was then told I would be charged several hundred in additional fees. The owner claimed there was a charge per person, but the Expedia listing stated that additional guest fees only apply when there are more than six overnight guests. Our reservation never exceeded……

“Great location”

“This townhome is beautifully updated. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There's a great little coffee shop in easy walking distance from the townhome and plenty of green spaces nearby to walk our dog. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Our 2 rental cars fit in the garage with some maneuvering around the garbage bins outside. Future renters should know that although there is a bedroom on the first floor of the unit, there is NO……

“House is as pictured. The day you receive the check in info and door code for your stay you are also given a phone number to the property manager. They are very responsive if anything arises. I would book this home again if needed.”

“Convenient location”

“First off the property was filthy. The furniture was all tore up, literally. It is advertised as a 4 bedroom that sleeps 12. To the last day we never found the 4th room or where 12 people can sleep. The front door could not be locked or secured so the entire stay we had the front door unlocked. We had to go around the back and jump the gate to get in. The attempt to fix the door was not even an attempt. I offered to replace the lock if he paid for the part and he said his alarm company would fix……
