The negative reviews about the self check-in process are legit. I never received any check-in instructions and had to chase down management through the Expedia app. It turned into about a 30-minute back-and-forth just to get set up with Kasa’s app, which honestly dragged down the whole experience. For me, that alone made the stay feel pretty average—I would’ve happily paid an extra $100 for a traditional, fully staffed hotel downtown and skipped the hassle. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you’re staying multiple nights, the apartment-style setup is actually a nice perk.

Really clean and modern space. The elevators can be a little confusing, but once you get that down it is a perfect stay! Amazing views, multiple spaces to use (bar, golf simulator, extra media room). Would recommend!

the club downstairs is so loud on the weekend starting friday night, you can even feel the whole floor moving with it. If you want good rest, this is not the place, if there wasn’t a club downstairs, I would give it a five star. Staff is very responsible and responsive.

The room was wonderful for the price and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only issues I had was the confusion of the check-in process, the fob that didn't work, and needing to take 3 elevators to get to the room. I also wish there were spots inside the hotel area to grab a bottled water. That being said it was a great experience.

The property was cool and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were some minor details, like drawers that were dirty or stained and turntable wasn’t working, but overall it was good. The views were great. Check-in was a bit inconvenient because I wasn’t sent the confirmation code, so it took me a while to get in. Thankfully, someone onsite was able to help me. Great location, with lots of places nearby.

Immaculately clean self-contained apartment right in the middle of historic downtown Dallas, with an expansive view of the city. All cooking, washing & ironing facilities included. If you are prepared to forgo the traditional hotel amenities e.g. pool, gym, concierge, these apartments are a great base to explore Dallas.
