The location was perfect ,but somewhat overpriced for the quality and not the best surroundings at night. The staff was helpful but at times they had no towels available and room service would show up really early. Overall it was a good experience but some things can be worked on.

Several issues with rooms, first room had some sort of orange residue all over the fridge and counter. We requested another room, the second room had an awful cigarette smell when entering the room. We returned to the front desk a 3rd time to request another room. The front desk staff were helpful in getting us a clean room, but even in the third room one of the two beds had hair in it , there was rust in the fridge on the rack, and the shower smelled of mildew. On top of all that the shower water temperature would not get warm, we sat there waiting almost 30 mins for it get to room temperature. The issue at this hotel is not the front desk staff it the maintenance and housekeeping.

The room had no hand towels or pot for the coffee maker or cups. There was no hot water. The bathroom wall was rotted out at the base of the shower. There was a non stop pounding on the wall from another room and police were called in the early morning.
