The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind.

This is a beautiful hotel, small, intimate, characterful with lovely furnishings. The pool is a great size for lengths, and the beach very close by. I would return here gladly, at any time, but for one problem: the food is terrible. The menu is huge but most of the dishes (including for example all the pizzas )unavailable. No Tunisian specialities. A big disappointment. The wine list needs ABV indications eg 11%, 12%, 13%, to avoid hit and miss! Such a disappointment as otherwise a wonderful place.

This is a very pleasant hotel in a good position on the beach. It's relatively small, so the facilities are limited but it was fine for me. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly. I think my mistake was to go there off season in November. There were very few people staying there and usually only half a dozen in the restaurant in the evening. It obviously wasn't worth the hotel putting out any kind of a buffet with choices. I can understand that - but it meant that the choice offered by the waiter was very limited and to be honest, not of a particularly good quality. I was surprised that I couldn't even get a cafe latte and a piece of cake in the beach bar in the afternoon. There was no milk and 'no food for an hour' I was told. I'm sure it's not like that in Summer when there are many more guests. It's a shame because I did like the hotel - but the restaurant and food let it down.

This property like pretty much everything in Tunisia is slowly wearing down, but they keep it up very well and appeared to have a lot of pride in that. I wanted a smaller place that’s right on the beach and the beach is probably the nicest there of anywhere on the island. Room was good sized, and I liked the tile mosaics on the wall walls. Breakfast was very traditional, and good.

Quel cauchemar ! Pourtant, j’ai beaucoup voyagé. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, il fallait pousser (difficilement) une porte qui donnait sur… une buanderie avec un sèche linge cassé, une minuscule fenêtre au dessus d’un chemin avec des ordures. Pomme à douche et barre pour se relever rouillées, climatisation sale et fonctionnant rarement, frigo pas propre et sa porte intérieure en mauvais état. Je précise que je critique très rarement. J’étais fatiguée alors j’ai laissé faire. 95€ la nuit ! En France vous auriez une jolie chambre. L’avant dernier jour, ils m’ont encore réclamé de l’argent or ils m’avaient dit à mon arrivée que tout était bon. Deux repas du soir exigés. J’ai refusé en disant que c’était des voleurs. Furieuse. Excédée. Réponse de la directrice : je vais jeter ta valise dehors et toi aussi. Je n’ai pas eu mes deux derniers dîners. Ils m’avaient promis mon dernier petit déjeuner : le café au bout d’un quart d’heure car la machine n’était pas branchée. Et de la salade de fruits en boîte. Le taxi arrive et ne met pas le compteur. Il dit que le réceptionniste de l’hôtel a passé un accord avec lui : 25 dinars pour lui et 5 pour le réceptionniste. Je connais la Tunisie depuis longtemps : je donne 20 dinars. Depuis ces deux dernières années, ils tentent tous de nous voler et sont agressifs. J’ai parlé du Dar El Bhar. Plein de gens n’iront plus. Idem pour qq hôtels, même prestigieux. Onzième et dernière fois pour moi à Djerba

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est bien passé. La chambre était propre et confortable, et le personnel était accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était correct avec un choix suffisant. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés, mais cela n'a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour. Un bon rapport qualité-prix que je peux recommander.

Petit hôtel a taille humaine avec un personnel chaleureux, une réelle propreté, une bonne cuisine ! La piscine est tres agreable et le bord de mer a la porte de l’hôtel. Vraiment nous avons passé une bonne semaine là bas ! Juste une remarque de detail, ne pas appeler une seance de banal massage des pieds une seance de réflexologie plantaire 😉

Verglichen mit den letzten beiden Aufenthalten hat sich das Hotel noch einmal verbessert! Das Essen war phantastisch! Die Sauberkeit und die Liebe und Pflege zum Detail waren wiederum in hohem Masse vorhanden. Die Liebenswürdigkeit des gesamten Personals lässt einen zuhause fühlen - vielen Dank an alle!
