“The staff was pleasant. However, on the last night of our stay, eleven vehicles including ours were broken into in the hotel's parking lot. Nothing was taken, but there was damage to my vehicle. I asked if there was a vacuum available to clean the glass from my truck. I was told there was not anything available. When I asked for a gas station close by that had a vacuum, I was sent on an adventure into the NOT so great area. After 45 minutes of driving around and having homeless people chase me……

“The woman at front desk was so helpful in getting me the use of a wheelchair for my wife to use at the Brad Pitt movie premiere Heart of the BEAST, that was held in Franklin, TN. I give that person 5 STARS.”

“Marriott Hotels have always been my first choice for travel because of their excellent service and clean rooms. However, during this stay, there were two days when workers were hanging outside my window, talking and working. On one of those days, I was woken up a little after 8:00 a.m. by the noise of power tools. I was very tired and needed rest, so I declined the front desk’s suggestion to change rooms “after 8:00 a.m.” I completely understand that hotel maintenance is necessary, but if guests……

“We waited 48 hours for a tray to be collected from outside our room. It was 37 celsius and it was a room service tray. I spoke to reception twice but it didn’t make much difference, and it wasn’t collected until we left. Our full length mirror had a crack in it, and the ceiling had tape marks. Virgin Edinburgh is outstanding but I feel like this venue needs a bit of work and training. The lift button on the left from floor 8 doesn’t work fyi. Wasn’t worth the amount I paid.”

“All the staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. The property is in a great location. The 2 queen beds room was big! The decor updated. Beds were comfortable. Shower always had hot water. The room did not show any wear! The Bistro on site was amazing! The food was delicious. They serve breakfast, must try the French toast, and light hot dinners.It also has a bar onsite, the bartender, Tammy was amazing!”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa in Nashville! The space was perfect, and having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out to explore the city. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! My only suggestion would be to add a door to the bedroom, as the sleeping area is completely open. Being able to close it for privacy would make the apartment absolutely perfect!”

“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”
