“I booked a premium room and there was nothing about it that was premium! The bathroom sink/counter was falling off the wall! AC unit was falling apart! Remote for TV didn't work! The safety lock was broken! Poor lighting! Bathroom door handle was messed up making it difficult to exit the bathroom! The staff that checked us in why not friendly at all! I do not recommend staying at this place!”

“The jetted tub in the King suite was so relaxing that I didn’t even go swimming in the indoor pool. It was nice and quiet and close enough to Walmart to walk”

“Does not clean room. Stayed 4 days. Wanted to have my sheet done one day but housekeeping came in took the trash and did not change the sheet. No apologies neither from the lady on the front desk. She said they cannot change the sheet daily. Breakfast is not too good. Microwave was dirty. Bathroom supplies are very little for 4 days stay, 4 people.”

“Breakfast was gross. Old smell to building. No in room necessities like hand soap & body wash. Broken phone. Coffee maker and ice bucket IN RESTROOM. Bed sheets and towels in poor condition (torn & stained). No elevators. Poor quality inn :/”

“Great location many shops, Mall is very close also. Several restaurants. The property had an area where kids could play & adults barbeque. Outdoor seating. Safe area. No pool. There are no like "perks" like the other "hotels" but I'm in Love with how this Property is set up!! With a full kitchen you can save money to not eat out Every meal! Separate room areas are awesome!! We have stayed in 2 now and will continue if possible!! 👍👍 The attendant was Super Great!!”

“Everything was incredible. The rooms were clean, staff was amazing. Let us have a later check out and the beds at the Hilton are the best ever!”

“The breakfast menu looked great however we were there on a weekend when the time for breakfast was at 7 and we were in a volleyball tournament and had to be at the tournament at 7. Parking was great. The room was always clean. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“This place was nice except the room smelled musty and the breakfast bar was at best minimally stocked. The tub filled up ankle deep during the shower. The toilet clogged up without anything in it. This place could definitely use some updating. The coffee pot leaked all over. Very very sad. ”

“I’m a little confused on how this hotel got the ratings that it did… the neighborhood is very sketchy. Men in the parking lot jamming out, homeless population right outside the hotel, etc… I (woman) was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Would not stay again. Carpets were stained and sticky feeling, AC didn’t work in the first room I was out in. Hotel is old and did not feel very clean. Very disappointed, being that the reviews I saw were pretty good…really not sure how it got such high……

“Property was decent enough, but the front desk clerk was rude and unconcerned for customer care. An "alright" location an overnight but really wouldn't recommend for much more. Bed very uncomfortable as well.”

“The staff were pretty friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately we had neighbors who were smoking next to us during our stay so as soon as we left our room, we got a strong whiff of it every time we left. Room was missing towels and phone cord was cut so we had to physically go down to ask the staff for towels. Parking was plentiful and not too bad. Overall, not bad I suppose for the price.”
