“Great cozy place”

“Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this basement apartment. Everything was as pictured which is always nice. The couch was super comfy for all of us to watch movies and football. Close by shopping and access to both college campuses was very easy. The host was super responsive to questions and providing information. We didn't get to try out the hot tub but it was hot when we checked. The kitchen was sufficient to make Thanksgiving dinner which was nice. The beds were very……

“The apartment itself was clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom has two doors. One to the living room and one to the bedroom. This made it much nicer since we had someone sleeping in the living room. It is handicap accessible. The elevator brings you right to the third floor and there isn't a threshold. There are no grab bars in the bathroom, but it was big enough for a wheelchair. Mostly great. What wasn't great was that the pool was not……

“Really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and organized. I am usually disappointed in something at another vacation rental, wishing I had booked a hotel instead, but I can’t say that I was here.The highlight for me was the shower. So much water you gotta be careful not to drown yourself. We cooked quite a few meals here and they had everything we needed. Enjoyed making hot chocolate and cider that they had for us with their kierig. Plenty of room for some family to join us for a movie……

The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs over out 12 day stay! Will definitely stay here again.”

“This property is amazing! So roomy, and you’d never believe it’s a basement, because it’s so light! Plenty of room and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was super clean and just beautiful. Host was very quickly to respond and check in and out was a breeze. Loved the dedicated parking, too! Will definitely stay here again! ”

“I loved staying here! It's a good location and the apartment is nice. This doesn't have a secondary lock so I used a portable lock. The water heater needs maintenance, it was loud and kept me up at night. So I just stopped using the hot water at night. The neighbors were nice too!”
