"Everything was exceptionally good given that the pricing was reasonable. I especially liked the parking which is huge and parked in and out at your convenience. The room was spacious and the bathtub was quite big. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and choices. However, the wifi was a bit slow and the curtain was not dark enough to block yeh sunlight. "

"Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We were also there on a holiday weekend (Which we were unaware of before arrival) and made the mistake of not booking dinner months or weeks before our arrival so the restaurant was already booked out for the two nights of our stay. "The onsen was just okay. I anticipated much better. The room was fine. What really bothered us was that they said that reservations made on Expedia do not support making a reservation for dinner. And, such reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Thus, they would not serve us dinner. The ryokan (a hotel) is way up a hill.
