Nice and clean hotel. Near Geku-Shrine and the train station, as well as a bus station, so very convenient if you’ve planned a trip to Meoto Iwa.

Wonderful! I appreciate that it comes with free breakfast, which made my stay in Ise very pleasant, as it is kind of hard to get food nearby.

Very convenient to visit Ise. Also, they had wonderful free breakfast. However, we could not handle the smell from the bathroom. Since we stayed only one night, we did not ask the hotel to change the room, we were also not sure if merely changing the room would help eliminating the smell. The staff were very nice, good breakfast, convenient visiting Ise.

Nice hotel. Clean. Good location. However there are only 2 elevators and 1 had broken down. So we had very long waiting times for the elevator and there was no alternative.The stairs weren't accessible. This was not very comfortable.

You will feel welcomed!

My first stay at a Comfort hotel and after booking this, I noticed that some websites had rated this a 2star hotel. So I was a little apprehensive. The stay went beyond my expectations. The room was a reasonable size and there was even a full length bathtub. The staff were so helpful and spoke English. You can have free coffee and tea from the reception area, and during the evening, there is happy hour. You can chill in the comfort cafe which is a book cafe! You buy your drinks from the reception and there are free munchies. I bought breakfast too as Ise is a small town and not much will be open in the early morning. Breakfast was ok. It is very near the train station and bus terminal. Definitely worth a stay here!

お部屋は非常にキレイでした 7:00〜0:00までウエルカムドリンク飲み放題なのはとっても助かりました 外宮まで徒歩5分で駅近ですが意外と静かで落ち着きます 駐車場は早いもの勝ちですがクルマじゃない方は問題ないと思います

悪いと思った点は二つあります。 まず、自分所有の駐車場の無さ。 近くの安い立体駐車場を優しく、分かりやすく案内してくれるのは嬉しいのですが、駐車料金がコッチ待ちなのが少し気になりました。 それと、洗濯機完備。と書いてあるも、３台しかなく、更に盗難防止の為、パスワードを入れる方式となっている為、前に回した人が取りに来ないと何時間待っても使えない事。 ホテル側の不備ではないとは言え、これではただ有るだけで、意味が無いのでは？と思えてしまいました。 せめてマスターキーの様なモノを用意していただいて、終了30分以内に取りに来ない場合は出して置きます。ぐらいの事をしていただけるとありがたいです。 良い点はそれ以外で沢山あり、朝から夜まで自由に使えて、コーヒーやお茶が飲み放題のカフェスペース（子供から大人までの読みやすい本も有り）があり、いつでも寛げます。 自分達が泊まった部屋はとても広く、ベッドの前に大きなテレビ、その前には机と椅子もあり、どちらでもゆっくり観られます。 タオルも二つずつ完備されており、夜と朝でお風呂に入ってもタオルには困りません。 朝食はバイキング形式で、全て手作りでとても美味しく、どれを食べても満足出来ました！ 米派の人、パン派の人、シリアル派の人にも合わせてくれてます。 一番びっくりしたのが、自動パンケーキ焼き機で、手頃な大きさのパンケーキを２枚焼いてくれて、果物も用意してくれているので、アメリカンな朝食を食べる事も出来ましたよ！ 時間も6時半から9時半と、幅が広く、チェックアウトギリギリまでゆっくり食べる事が出来たので、大満足でした。 お部屋はもちろん、全てに掃除が行き届いており、清潔そのものでした。 駐車場と洗濯機の事が無ければ大満足なホテルでした！

夜ご飯は周辺にかなり多くあるがお盆休みのためすごく混み合っていてお店探しが大変だったので繁忙期は予約していくのがいいと思います😊１２時までの無料お菓子を子供がすごく気に入りホテル時間をよろこんでいました。さらに子供がいる事を事前に伝えたら少し広いお部屋にしてくれて本当に嬉しかったです。
