The Space:
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the "Balticus" building and can accommodate 4 people. The space of the apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The biggest distinction is a balcony with balcony furniture, where you can admire the wonderful view of the sea with your morning coffee. The apartment is distinguished by modern design, aesthetics and functionality. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed and TV, it is a perfect place to rest and relax, additionally, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. Pleasant design and comprehensive equipment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. Kleine Wohnung zentral mit Meerblick

Hübsch eingerichtete, zweckmäßige Wohnung, direkt an der Promenade. Im Winter super, könnte in der Hauptsaison etwas laut sein. Seitlicher Meerblick vom Sofa u. Balkon. Tolles Bad.
