smelly slippers
"So my stay was great all around -- the only thing is: the free slippers that come with the bathrobe smell HORRENDOUS -- someone should unwrap a pair and see what I mean -- I immediately closed them in a trash bag. Other than that - the stay was wonderful!! i will certainly return"

"Didn't like how long I had to wait for my room and they need better communication with the customer while waiting,also the elevators are terrible they really need to get that together,other than that everything else was fine,oh one more thing before they take a deposit they need to let people know ..."
