「Im from irapuato an been able to go back to my hometown and see this beautiful hotel sitting on the land that once was own by my great mother it made me feel proud I cant wait to go back My kid enjoyed so much The food it was amazing Thank you for the hospitality 」

「Casa Inn is centrally located, but on a quieter street. It's "suite" arrangement is ideal for longer stays. But it's its staff that make the difference; from its front desk receptionist to the breakfast staff, etc. I wish is was easier to access ice w/o having to "call" for it, but the staff is responsive. 2 challenges this stay was they had unplugged its 2 treadmills claiming they're both broken plus whomever they must have as a breakfast "cook" cannot seem to be able to make the rice - all 5...

「El staff the servicio muy bueno pero el inmueble esta muy sucio. Muebles rotos, quebrados y todo muy sucio. Pero muy barato. Sin embargo toda la noche hay ruido dw carros afuera.」
