"Good"
路線酒店大牟田
8/10 不錯
"It is a very nice hotel with great hot springs (it may not be a traditional onsen, but it uses underground mineral water). The hot spring area is clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. The staff service was generally great. Since we don't speak Japanese, we had a mix of good and bad experiences. The good part: I stupidly ordered a smoking room on the 5th floor by mistake. It wasn't until the evening that I realized my error, but they kindly helped us switch to a non-smoking room. The bad part: It was raining heavily, and I asked if they had an umbrella I could borrow to go pick up my car. The staff member politely said no with a sweet smile. A few minutes later, we saw a Japanese guest go to the counter and get an umbrella for 500 yen. That's when we realized we could actually buy one, so we did—but that was after I had already braved the rain to get the car! 😂 I really wish they had provided that information in the first place. While the room was clean and comfortable overall, the underside of the toilet seat was quite dirty with yellow stains, which I ended up cleaning myself.Overall, it was still a great stay at a nice hotel."

"The breakfast was better than expected given the budget price of the stay. The location is very close to the station with convenient store nearby. The staff was dedicated to solve the enquiries. Will choose to stay here again if going to Saga again."

"房間寬敞明亮又舒適， 接待及餐廳的員工都親切有禮， 酒店很慷慨，mini bar 裏的所有飲品、食物，lounge 的所有食品都是免費的， 酒店裏的設施也是不需附款，可盡情享用，自駕遊可考慮這間酒店。 順帶一提，餐廳的日式早餐比西式早餐出色。"
