「Its so hard to find anything negative. Just sad that this place is so luxury and then the private pool is not heated. But beside that not a finger to put on anything. Perfect check in, perfect service and perfect apartment 」

「Nicely refurbished hotel on the sea front, just a 14 minute walk into the old town. We had a junior suite which was lovely however to use the safe you had to pay extra. The pool area is gated and does not open until 10am which we felt was quite ridiculous. By 9.45am there was a large queue of people waiting to get a sunbed. It’s hot enough to be by the pool much earlier so why restrict the entry time? This has put us off returning to a Barceló hotel. Breakfast was ok, rather tasteless, and the...

「Really nice hotel, ticked all the boxes for what was needed. Not the largest selection of food but it was all cooked well and presented well. The restaurant staff were sometimes a bit slow in coming to take your drinks orders, sometimes we went without. So convenient being right on the beach front and the view was amazing. Can not comment on the bar too much as we only went twice and we did not watch the entertainment. I would definitely go back」

「Beautiful surroundings in the hills and set into the golf course. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and doesn’t feel busy. Fantastic breakfast and very peaceful spa. Convenient buggy service if playing on Mijas golf course to save walking (although it is also and easy walk to the course). This is our second stay since the hotel opened less than 2 years ago. 」

「Love the white Andalusian pueblo feel to the hotel. We found it quiet, although right in the middle of town, which was very handy for shopping. It was also very close to the beach and the prom too. Close to the train and bus stations. There were many places to eat in the town and along the beach front. 」
