The accommodation is located in a beachfront urbanization with direct access to the beach, Mi Capricho is located in a closed area with a 24-hour security guard and concierge. The accommodation has air conditioning, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses, cutlery, glasses, kettle, etc. Mi Capricho also includes towels and bed linen, private garage parking and free outdoor parking until availability for visitors is exhausted. Ronda is 49 km from Mi Capricho, while Fuengirola is 10 km away. Less than 3 km. Guests can enjoy various activities, such as golf, diving and fishing. The nearest airport is Malaga, 29 km from Mi Capricho. The town of Marbella is 12 km away, as is Fuengirola. Paid for AIr conditioned apartment but 3 out of 4 did not work

Luxury apartment, good location, grounds where lovely. However, on arrival there was no instruction for safe and air conditioning in Lounge was not working, which I informed owner of. By day 2 following a power cut in apartment, there was no AC in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the lounge. Again contacted owner, who said they would arrange a technician, we stayed in to accommodate, not ideal as we only had a 7 night trip. No response from that day . The owner did provide 1 fan, which only blew the hot air round, so at least 5 sleepless nights, where it was too hot. I paid the premium for an AC property but was bitterly let down. I just hope some form of compensation and refund can be arranged to as holiday was marred by this. Shame, if all was taken care of this apartment would have received a 4.5 out of 5 Star rating.
