The Space:

This exceptionally beautiful villa showcases traditional Andalusian architecture and craftsmanship. It is peacefully located in a quiet turning area surrounded by year-round residences, offering both privacy and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. The charming entrance and excellent location make this villa perfect for those seeking a private retreat while still being close to everything the Costa del Sol has to offer. Málaga Airport is only a 20-minute drive away.



As you enter through the impressive main door, you will find a spacious living room and dining area to the left. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV with international channels.



To the right of the entrance is the large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that comfortably seats the whole family. Just off the kitchen, you will also find a practical laundry room with a tumble dryer.



Straight ahead and to the left of the entrance are two bedrooms with double beds, along with a bathroom and a separate guest toilet.



Upstairs, immediately to the left, there is a guest room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a desk, ideal for work or relaxation. To the right, you will discover the spacious master bedroom, elegantly furnished and featuring a private terrace. The master suite also includes a spectacular bathroom with a Jacuzzi, double sinks, and a separate toilet and shower.



One level higher, you will find the stunning rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Fuengirola and the Costa del Sol.



The large garden is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. It features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a café-style seating area, and a comfortable lounge space ideal for relaxing during warm summer evenings.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood between the charming village of Mijas Pueblo and the coastal town of Fuengirola. The area mainly consists of villas and residential homes, making it ideal for guests looking for a relaxed and private stay.



Within a short drive, you can reach beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and golf courses along the Costa del Sol. The picturesque Mijas Pueblo, known for its whitewashed streets, local restaurants, and stunning views of the Mediterranean, is just a few minutes away, while Fuengirola offers a lively promenade and long sandy beaches.



The location is perfect for exploring the Costa del Sol while enjoying a calm and comfortable base.

🚗 Car recommended – The easiest way to explore the Costa del Sol and nearby villages. Free parking is available at the villa.



✈️ Málaga Airport – 20 min drive.



🏖️ Fuengirola Beach – 10 min drive to the promenade, beach clubs, restaurants and shopping.



🏘️ Mijas Pueblo – 10 min drive to the famous white village with restaurants, views and local shops.



🛒 Supermarkets – 5–10 min drive (Mercadona, Lidl, Carrefour).



⛳ Golf courses – 10–20 min drive with several popular courses nearby.



🚆 Train from Fuengirola – Direct connection to Málaga city and the airport.



🍽️ Restaurants & cafés – 5–10 min drive in both Fuengirola and Mijas.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
