The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 1 additional bathroom with shower only and can therefore accommodate 12 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, centralized heating, air conditioning individually for bedrooms (except for two small bedrooms, which have a ceiling fan), a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV and a DVD player.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, a children's pool, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.
