The approximately 25-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a charming “Old Milan”-style building with balconies, without an elevator. The space is divided into a living area—which includes a fully equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher)—and a sleeping area with a comfortable and spacious queen-size bed. The sleeping area also features a spacious closet.<br><br>The apartment is equipped with heat pump-based heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a flat-screen smart TV.<br><br>The bathroom includes a shower.<br><br>The apartment also offers high-speed internet, ideal for remote work and students.<br><br>Check-in procedures will be provided at the time of booking. In accordance with Italian rental law, we are required to request copies of identification documents for the purpose of registering guests with the Public Safety Authority.<br><br>A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is accepted, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number. A payment of 100 euros + VAT is required to register the contract if you have a tax ID number; otherwise, the fee is 150 euros + VAT.
