Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Even after a prepaid booking. Property refused that they received any booking from hotels.com. they didn't entertain the booking advice of hotels.com. Both the property and hotels.com did a fraud and left me stranded in an alien city. Even hotels.com refused any support or replacement even after charging for the property.
