The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We forgot few items in the safe after we checked out and it was too late for us to go back and pick them up. The staff were extremely helpful by contacting us, working with us constantly and shipping our stuff overnight to the next hotel in the country we arrived at. We are very grateful for their diligent services and professionalism.

The hotel is located very close to the Milan Central Rail Station and is an easy walk from the trains. The neighborhood is deserted at night and there is only one restaurant across the street, but the area is safe and quiet. There are 2 metro stops close by as well. The hotel is very clean. The rooms need some updating, but are nice. Great air conditioning. The hotel staff is excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast is very good. I would stay here again.
