Nice hotel within a 6 minute walk of Milan Centrale train station. I was greeted warmly by the front staff both is whom spoke perfect English. When you enter the room the key chip must be inserted into a slot to keep all lights on. Room was clean and neat but the bed allowed minimal room to pass between it and the wall. Numerous switches controlling who know what. Too many switches. All in all it was a nice and convenient hotel for a one night stay.

There was a place to store your luggage, which was very convenient. However, the young man at the reception was not very welcoming, and we could hear everything in the next room above us the TV the laughter, the chairs. The air conditioning wasn’t working very well. Our friends had the room across from us and their air-conditioning wasn’t. All in all it is a convenient place to stay close to the train station however, next time I would choose another hotel.

Great location walkable to milan centrale train station, Lots of restaurants and food around. Room oddly had a sewage smell that came in go throughout our stay that would not go away. Breakfast was great, staff was helpful and nice!

Excellent breakfast selection. Clean rooms but bathrooms need updating/ better ammenities like lotion, seperate shampoo and conditioner. Location was nice and central, with well priced food options close by. I suggest the Asian supermarket for water and drinks it is very cheap. You must pay cash though. For a large bottle of water it is 1.50 euro other places charge much more! Happy hour was a bit confusing and not cheap.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was sparse with a lot of cake like pastries and the coffee was not good. There are Metro stations nearby and Milano Centrale is within easy walking distance.

Our stay was good. Air condition unit worked well and was quiet. Washroom had modern fixtures. Bedroom had good lighting. Our only complaint is our room only had 1 card key which made it very inconvenient when there’s more than 1 person staying in the room because everything shuts down when the card key is removed . Staff were very helpful in letting us in each time.

I stayed at this hotel as a solo female traveller. Check-in was smooth, the room itself was fine and everything worked as expected. Unfortunately, my stay was completely let down by the room next door. There was a group of men who were extremely loud, shouting for long periods of time. I eventually contacted reception and was told they would speak to them. Shortly afterwards I could hear their phone ringing, so I assume the hotel did contact them. The situation then became even more uncomfortable. They continued shouting, banging and throwing things against the walls, and appeared to be throwing things out of the window. The walls were also very thin, so the noise carried straight into my room. As a woman travelling alone, I found the whole situation quite intimidating and genuinely did not feel safe. I barely slept. I have travelled solo many times and have never felt like this in a hotel before. Considering the size of the hotel, I also found it disappointing that I had been allocated a room directly next to a large group of men travelling together. Although there was nothing wrong with the room itself, the experience left me feeling unsafe and exhausted, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.
