The large living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a TV for your entertainment. The room is air-conditioned and opens onto a private balcony, where you will find a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying a coffee al fresco or simply relaxing.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your meals.

The flat has two modern bathrooms, both with very large showers, to ensure maximum comfort and space.

A small adjoining room serves as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

Recently renovated, the flat is bright and cosy, with plenty of natural light to make it even more pleasant. The spaces are designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay.
