Otto Novembre, 3 – Spacious and Elegant with a View

The apartment of about 130 sqm is located on the eighth floor of a modern building with an elevator (max 2 people). The space is bright and spacious, featuring a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas, a television, a dining table, and a bookshelf filled with interesting titles. The kitchen, separate and fully equipped, also includes a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one with a Queen-sized bed and a large wardrobe, one with two single beds and a sofa bed (ideal for children), and a third bedroom. All rooms feature parquet floors, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere.



The two bathrooms, both with windows, are equipped with a shower and a bathtub to meet all your needs. The apartment is equipped with centralized heating, air conditioning with heat pump, a washing machine, and a flat-screen smart TV. Additionally, it offers high-speed internet, perfect for those working remotely.



With its convenience and complete amenities, the apartment is also ideal for medium- and long-term stays, making you feel right at home.
