A nice hotel
It's a simple but nice design hotel. The hotel room was clean and spacious enough for me. Comfort bed, good water pressure for shower, good breakfast also.

Good location
Recommend Spice Hotel to all people who are going to visit Milan. It is only 5 mins walk from Central station. There are lots of restaurants around incl supermarkets. Staff in hotel are very helpful. We arrived at 10am and they let us check in so that we can take a rest before head out.

Great location, close to Milano Centrale with plenty of restaurants around for food. Our room was okay. Good space and a comfortable bed. We were on the ground floor, so I disliked that our window opened out onto the street and our room seemed to share a wall with a nearby restaurant as we could hear people talking, dishes clanging and chairs scraping. Our bathroom also had an accessible shower, which meant that showering resulted in the entire floor getting wet. Thankfully the rooms were serviced each day, as the cleaners did a great job with resetting the bathroom for us. Overall, it was a very convenient place to stay if being close to the Milano Centrale is important for you.

Unfortenately there is mood in the rooms. I changed first room because i was thinking its just that room, second room had mood as well. In the night very hard smelling because of that. For a 4-stars hotel very bad! Stuff super friendly.

Admittedly we arrived very late although we had made the hotel aware of a late check-in. However the room we were given was poor. Right next to the check-in area so quite a lot of movement, and a bathroom clearly designed for disabled use. Not a hotel I would rush to stay in for more than a late overnight!

In general the staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast lounge is nice & the service is pleasant.The meals are great.The room cleaning is satisfactory. In terms of servicing they do not provide tissues in the rooms & the TV channels are limited to more local channels.

The hotel was fine but the climate control was not working and it was 80 degrees in the room when we got there. Even after shutting off the system, it just kept getting hotter and they said there was nothing they could do. So stifling hot we couldn’t sleep. And it was only 45 degrees outside!

The room was comfortable enough but the heating stopped working on the last night we were there. Also the hair drier was tied with tape and it didn't work properly. There was a slight smell of humidity.
