Perfect last minute stay for flight cancellation

Booked last minute after my flight home was cancelled at boarding. Nice hotel not too far from the airport. Very cheap given it was out of season. Breakfast was included but given the late arrival I opted for more sleep. The staff were excellent, particularly the guy at the front desk on arrival who helped us print out new boarding passes to save queueing at the airport.

I thought this was a nice resort with friendly staff. Only two things let it down in my opinion. The seating in the foyer area is riddled with fleas which I guess are living on the numerous cats which are in this property. It's impossible to count them all. Thankfully the cats are restricted to the ground floor so the bedrooms are fine. The second point was that the internet was unreliable to say the least. I often couldn't get any connection. I know the hotel was aware of this, & are taking steps towards fixing this.

This hotel is nicely located within a 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. Loved the authenticity of this fishing village, walked down to the pier and enjoyed a couple of different restaurants. The hotel room had a very good air conditioner, clean linens, coffee/tea, and a fairly large bathroom. Doshan at the front desk checked us is and surprisingly spoke English well vs. the staff at a much more expensive resort in Bodrum. The breakfast and lunch had all the options of Turkish and some English/Western cuisines. The pool was great, a big fun water slide and the live DJ made it even more entertaining. Our biggest complaint is number of people who smoked cigarettes at this hotel- by the pool, outdoor restaurant seating area, and also some guests on our floor were smoking in the morning. All and all for the price it was a good choice.

The hotel is nice. Nice staff but lack of English-speaking people which make hard to communicate but they try to assist as they could. The Internet is frustrating since there is no Internet in rooms. However, the hotel is good 👍 for value..

Eşimle konaklamak için rezervasyon yaptırmıştık,çift kişilik yataklı oda tutmamıza rağmen gittiğimizde 2 ayrı yataklı oda verildiğini gördük.Resepsiyonla konuştuğumuzda ise 2 yatağı birleştirmek gibi bir çözüm sundular,ya da alt katlardan önü kapalı bir oda verebileceklerini söylediler.Ya da 1 gece burda kalın yarın odanızı değiştiririz dediler.Zaten 2 gece rezervasyon yaptırmıştık yarısı baştan konforsuz bir şekilde geçti bile.Yemeklerin çeşiti ve lezzeti yetersizdi.Yemek konusunda oldukça vasattı hatta.Tatlıları çok kötüydü,ızgara köfte diye marketten alınan piliç köfteleri kızartıyorlardı.Alkollerde ise alkolü dümdüz meyve suyu ile karıştırdıkları sonra da bardağın içine şurup koydukları ve barmenin kokteyli dedikleri içecekler vardı,alkol konusunda da çok yetersizdi.Kendine ayrılmış sahili mevcut,ring ile inebiliyorsunuz,yürüyerek de 3-4 dk zaten.Ama şezlonglar muhtemelen sezon sonu olduğu için yetersizdi.Otele ulaşım için aracınız yoksa sadece taksi kullanabilirsiniz,otel çevresinde de gezilebilecek bir yer yok ne yazık ki,hatta çevresinde domuzlar var.
