This was an awesome place to stay close to Fredericksburg. We did not notice any of the issues outlined in previous reviews. Great communication and ideal location. Was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. We only stayed one night and it was perfect. We were traveling from Ohio to the Outer Banks. We will be stopping here each time we make that trek. I would recommend this location to anyone.
