「The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. The rooms are quite light at night - there’s an odd “night light” that you can’t turn off (we covered it in pillows, it’s just by the door at ground level). You also aren’t allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside at all (like nothing) or the “hotel will fine you” which seemed a bit extreme.
