「The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. 」

But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel.
