Staff seemed stressed and were rude to some of my family members who were there for a 100 birthday celebration! A lot of families booked rooms ! Some had children. One of your front desk girls were very rude rollin her eyes and being very condescending. My stay was good nice clean room!

The room was nice with a huge bathroom. The dog barking into the evening and by 7am was not. Hot tub wasn't working/operating. Breakfast was OK.

Lower deck
The Lower Deck at East Chester was a delight. The view was amazing, from every window to the deck outside. Everything that you would need for a comfortable stay was available. The couches and beds were amazing, and the day bed was a wonderful reading spot.
