Beautiful

The place was stunning and cozy. Clean and well stocked. The host was gracious and responsive. Only suggestions are screens on the doors and windows so that fresh air can get in without bugs.

Cozy Mountain Cabin!

We stayed at this cabin over the Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect for us! Spacious, clean, well-stocked, plus gorgeous mountain views! The check-in and check-out instructions were simple and clear. The neighborhood is secluded and private but also close to town for easy access to shopping and food. The drive into the neighborhood is steep and winding, so make sure you have a car that can handle mountain roads. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful weekend at Thistle Ridge! The property manager was immediately responsive when we had a few questions. Beds are comfortable; bathrooms were clean; and having two living spaces really helped. The hot tub was a hit! We tried our hand at fishing on the dock but didn't have any success. It was fun trying though! Great property overall!!

Great place.

We were in town for a wedding, and the house was everything it was advertised to be. The views were great, and the house was spotless when we arrived. Great place to stay with my family!

Excellent property

Good location only a few minutes from tubing and other water adventures and a few minutes to Lake Lure. Very difficult stair climb from the water. Has all the amenities though. Property is fairly new, area is very quiet. Whoever came by at checkout was an amazing person, very friendly, helped us make sure we grabbed a bag we forgot!

Great Stay

The property was wonderful! We loved the house, view, hot tub, and fire pit! Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the hot tub with us, their grandparents. The house was very clean with plenty of towels, etc… The kitchen had every imaginable appliance needed. We walked, played games, and just enjoyed being together in such a pretty, peaceful, and comfortable house. A big thank you to the owners and Carolina Properties!

Thanksgiving gathering

Our family travelled from all across the country to spend Thanksgiving together. This was also our family Christmas. The house has spectacular views and great amenities -- perfect fall colors greeted you every morning! We all really enjoyed the hot tub. In warmer months, the kayaks would no doubt get lots of use, too. The only concern we had was the HUGE hill in the driveway. One of us has a manual transmission car. We made it, but would have liked to have known and been prepared for that beforehand.

Nice Lake Adger location

This home is really nice and the lake is great. We were happy to take the sea kayaks out and jump off the rocks around the bend. Super nice community and when we had questions, property manager was available. They've got a great set-up for infants and babies, too. Lots of gear ;) Location is close enough to an Ingles to be convenient and did I mention the Lake is great.

Beautiful, serene stay

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The home was perfect for staying with grandparents as well and the kids loved jumping in the lake, boating, fishing and using the hot tub. Everything we needed was there at the house. Such a quiet spot with a beautiful view of Lake Adger. Such a convenient location to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure areas.

Wish we had booked it longer!

A quick getaway trip for a group of gals. We had perfect weather and the place couldn't have been better stocked with toiletries, kitchenware and a seat for a gorgeous view from either floor of the house. A fabulous time had by all...we wished we had added another night or two. We'll be back!

Ladies weekend!

Celebrated my best friend's 40th birthday by spending the weekend at this gorgeous lakehouse! The house was well stocked in the kitchen with basic needs to enjoy our stay. The lakehouse as very comfortable and relaxing! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

A beautiful cabin for family getaway

The cabin was in great shape and had a lot of great touches to make stay feel elevated. The kids really loved the hot tub and boats. The view was amazing. We would stay here again!

Beautiful views on lake, but pictures made kitchen and lower family room much bigger then actually are. Lake beautiful but climb down with any kind of dampness at your own risk, especially with skimpy rope hand rail. House furnished very well and comfortable
