What a gem of a hotel! Awesome service, clean and very nice rooms, great amenities and guest treats, delicious hot breakfast and fresh coffee at all hours. Stay here you will not be disappointed! Super close to SF downtown as well… what a place!

We got the smallest room in the worst part of the hotel. Room 101 a deluxe room it was not and the so called view of bay was a little sliver. This was a total bait and switch from the water view room pictured on Expedia. Plus room 101 is closest to the freeway due to the only outside wall. My wife hated the small award room!

I was given room 101 and the door faces a busy road and parking lot. It was too noisy to sleep. The room had a moldy smell and the ac did not work properly. The manager said they were fully booked so no upgrades available. He gave me a $40 credit. I did not stay overnight and left at 10pm. I will not stay here again.
