This is my personal home, and I live here in the off-season. I love it and hope you will too! Previously, I rented the two spaces separately, but this year, I’ve decided to combine them into one listing. Feel free to check out my other listings for past reviews on Airbnb. • A fold-out couch, great for an extra adult or 1-2 children.
• Kitchen & Dining: A full-sized kitchen and dining table for meals and gatherings.
• Living Area: A comfortable seating area with a couch and armchairs.
• Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower (please note, no bathtub).
• Outdoor Space: Private outdoor seating area to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The Property:
Nestled on 2 acres of beautiful land along Tracadie Bay, this property offers a perfect balance of tranquility and outdoor adventure.
• Water Activities: Take advantage of 2 kayaks and a paddleboard available for guest use on the bay.

• Privacy: The property offers a sense of seclusion, surrounded by trees. However, following Hurricane Fiona in 2022, some trees were lost, and while you can see neighboring properties, there’s still plenty of privacy to enjoy.
